Automatic Refund for Scan Failure

If your scan does not complete successfully and, as a result, no report is delivered to your inbox, you will automatically receive a full refund. No action is required on your part. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Satisfaction Refund Within 7 Days

If your report is delivered and you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, email us at support@sitescanreport.com within 7 days after the report is delivered, and we will issue a full refund. No explanation is required.

After the 7-day period expires, purchases are non-refundable, except as expressly provided above.

Items Not Refundable After the 7-Day Window

The report reflects scan results from your website as it existed on the scan date. The value of the Service is the information provided at that time, not any particular outcome, grade, or finding, except for the automatic refund for scan failure and the 7-day satisfaction refund described above.

How to Request a Refund

For a satisfaction refund, email support@sitescanreport.com within 7 days after delivery of the report. Please include the email address you used at checkout and your scan ID (included in your delivery email) so we can locate your order promptly. Automatic refunds for scan failures do not require you to contact us. We will process customer-requested refunds within 2 business days.
