---

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of the website scanning service provided by SiteScanReport LLC at sitescanreport.com (the "Service"). The Service provides automated scan outputs and related information for internal, informational, and professional review purposes only and does not itself constitute legal advice, a certified audit, or a determination of compliance with any law, regulation, or standard. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

---

Permitted Use

The Service is intended only for authorized website scanning and related internal or professional review purposes, including preliminary, supplemental, and informational review purposes:

---

Authorization Requirement

You must have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit any URL to the Service and to authorize us to perform the scan on your behalf. This means you either:

By submitting a URL, you represent and warrant that you have such authorization. You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit, the scope and purpose for which you request a scan, any instructions or representations you provide in connection with the Service, and your use of any resulting report or output. Submitting a URL that you do not own and are not authorized to scan violates this AUP and may violate applicable computer fraud and abuse laws, including the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030). SiteScanReport does not independently verify ownership or authorization, and responsibility rests entirely with you. Our rights and remedies for violations are cumulative and are in addition to any rights or remedies available under the Terms of Service or applicable law.

---

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service, or any report generated by the Service, to do any of the following:

Scan without authorization. Submit URLs for websites that you do not own or control, or for which you otherwise lack sufficient authorization to permit the scan.

Abuse the Service or any free scan feature. Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or other mechanisms to submit repeated or excessive requests to circumvent rate limits, evade technical controls, avoid payment, or extract data at scale.

Interfere with the Service. Probe, test, attack, reverse engineer, overload, disable, impair, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network connected to the Service.

Misrepresent reports. Represent a SiteScanReport report as the product of a human accessibility auditor, certified compliance professional, law firm, security assessor, or regulatory authority; alter, obscure, or remove disclaimers or source-identifying information in a report; use a report to imply certification, guaranteed compliance, legal sufficiency, or any other conclusion that the report does not expressly state; or present any automated narrative, summary, score, recommendation, or output as definitive, complete, or a substitute for qualified human review. Reports are automated scan outputs only.

Resell without authorization. Resell, white-label, sublicense, commercialize, or redistribute the Service or any scan report as a standalone product or service without our prior written consent. You may share a report with your client or customer in the ordinary course of a bona fide professional engagement, provided that you do not misrepresent the report’s source, nature, or limitations and you remain responsible for how the report is described, delivered, and used in that engagement.

Violate applicable law or third-party rights. Use the Service in connection with any activity that violates applicable federal, state, local, or other law or regulation, infringes or misappropriates any third-party rights, or breaches any contractual or legal duty you owe to a website owner or other person.

Use reports beyond their intended scope. Use any report, automated narrative, summary, score, or other output as a substitute for legal advice, a certified accessibility audit, a formal security assessment, or any representation that a website is compliant, certified, secure, or free of defects. You are solely responsible for exercising independent judgment and, where appropriate, obtaining qualified professional review before relying on any output for legal, compliance, remediation, business, or customer-facing purposes.

Rely exclusively on outputs. Treat any output generated by the Service, including any automated narrative or summary, as the sole or exclusive basis for legal conclusions, compliance determinations, remediation decisions, representations to third parties, or other material decisions without appropriate human review in light of the specific facts and circumstances.

---

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and, if we determine that a violation has occurred or is reasonably likely to occur, we may take any action we deem appropriate, with or without prior notice and in addition to any remedies available under the Terms of Service or applicable law, including the following:

We may preserve, access, and disclose relevant information as reasonably necessary to investigate the matter, enforce this AUP and the Terms of Service, comply with law, or protect our rights, property, users, or others.
